May Box Release:

  • Invoices must be paid by April 30th, 2018 or your box will be forfeited to someone on the waiting list.
  • Boxes will be available for pickup or will begin shipping May 1st, pending payment.

Plum Fancy Boutique Box Box Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy:

TERMS:

Thank you for choosing Plum Fancy!  All Fancy Filled Boutique Box orders placed are subject to the following terms.

  1. Plum Fancy Boutique Box Orders:  Once order has been submitted order is final but can be cancelled any time after the first box has been shipped out.
  2.  Returns & Exchanges:  Plum Fancy Boutique Box items are offered at a final sale discount and may also include free gifts.  Returns & Exchanges are not accepted on any Plum Fancy Boutique Box items. Should something arrive damaged or you feel the items are incorrect, please email us immediately at Laura@PlumFancy.com. All claims must be made within 7 business days.
  3.  Billing & Shipping:  Boxes will be shipped out four times yearly. Your credit card will be charged prior to February 1, May 1, August 1, & November 1. Your Plum Fancy Boutique box will be shipped by the last day of that month.  Your credit card will be charged for the current shipment when you sign up for your first box and will not be charged again until the following release.    Our Plum Fancy Boutique boxes ship out in batches beginning on the 1st of each month.  Current subscriptions and new subscriptions received by the 1st begin shipping between the 5th-10th of each month.  All items are custom made to order.  Many items are special ordered.  Late payments prevent current orders from shipping in a timely manner.  All dates are approximate.   Shipping times vary each month.  All current orders ship by or before the 31st of each month.  Once order has been packaged and scheduled for pickup, tracking is available upon request.  Once you subscribe, you will be charged & begin receiving boxes at the next available shipment. Shipping fees are applied to your plan when applicable.  All other taxes and fees are included in the cost of your Plum Fancy Boutique Box.
  1.  Subscription Requirements; Cancellation Requests:  Plum Fancy Boutique Box orders are accepted as subscription plans only and require a minimum 2 Quarter requirement.  Cancellation requests are accepted at any time and may be submitted via email to Laura@PlumFancy.com with the subject line ‘CANCELLATION’. All cancellation requests are processed within 3 days from the date submitted.  You will not be subjected to any charges from Plum Fancy on or after the 3rd day following the submission of a cancellation request.  Only one (1) request must be submitted.
